Processing Time
We usually pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it straight to your door (or porch).
Shipping Issues & Delays
Once a package leaves us, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, or incorrect address info entered at checkout.
Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, please reach out to the carrier first. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery.
